Shipping Policy

Mindisca operates on a print-on-demand model. We do not stock products in our own warehouse; instead, each item is manufactured and shipped directly from our production partners' facilities upon order. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs and worldwide shipping.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated 7–12 business days (see links above for more detailed info).

  • Processing Time: Manufacturing and handling might take 2–7 business days before shipping.

  • During busy holiday seasons, processing and shipping may take slightly longer.

In rare cases, delivery can take up to 35 days. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that we do not issue refunds for shipping delays that are beyond our control. All shipping times exclude delays caused by customs clearances or regulatory checks.

Order Tracking: You will receive a email and/or SMS (if a mobile number was provided) containing a tracking number to follow your package's journey. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. Since we approve orders manually, we have a small window of time to correct errors. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

WHAT IS PRODUCT PROCESSING TIME? Product processing time is the duration between order approval and shipment from the factory. Once the factory makes your order, they perform quality control checks and tests to ensure the product's quality before shipping, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. This may include detailed inspections of: material quality, zippers, seams, etc.

Overall processing time varies based on the complexity, design, and size of the product. Larger orders naturally take longer. Processing times may also vary based on the stock status of individual items, the time of year, national holidays, etc. If your order contains high-demand items with stock availability issues, it may take 5–10 business days to process and ship.
