Refund Policy

Mindisca operates on a print-on-demand model, which means every product is manufactured and shipped individually to order through our partners' (Printful & Gelato) factories. Since products are made-to-order, we follow the reclamation and return policies of our production partners.

Check your order immediately: Please inspect your products as soon as they arrive. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately. This allows us to file a claim with the factory and ensure the issue is resolved (e.g., a replacement product).

Note after ordering: We approve all orders manually, which provides us with a small window of time before the order is sent to the factory for production. If you notice right after ordering that you’ve made a mistake (e.g., wrong size or product), please contact us immediately. Once an order has moved into production, we are no longer able to make changes.

Please also note: Due to the individual manufacturing process, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or wrong size selection. However, we always do our best to help if there are legitimate concerns regarding the quality of the product.
