Acid Sodomy was forged in 2015 when Tuomion Noita (drums) and Haure (guitars/blasphemy) united after their previous projects came to an end. Their raw vision took form with a self-released DIY demo later that year, marking the beginning of their unholy journey.
In 2018, Rota (bass/cursing) joined the ranks, solidifying the lineup. With his addition, the band's sound and presence evolved, paving the way for the recording of Invokaatio in early 2019. This EP, recorded live in the studio, embodied the band’s stripped-down, uncompromising approach to black metal.
Hailing from Finland, Acid Sodomy delivers raw black metal infused with elements from folk, rock, and various metal subgenres. Their music is deeply rooted in Satanic themes, drawing inspiration from occult practices, folk traditions, and ancient wisdom.
